This establishment is Family owned and operated. The food is fresh and delicious. Be patient. This is not microwave food. My wife and I got Carnitas in tomatillo sauce. This was undoubtedly the best I have ever had. The rice had plenty of flavor in fact everything had great flavors. My son got two Carnitas street taco. Fantastic. We tried their salsa . One was brought with a load of chip for the table. Everyone gets their on bowl. They also brought us another salsa with lime and cilantro salsa that had a great flavor for this who like the cilantro lime flavors. I happen to love this salsa. The queso was wonderful and had enough to share with the table. Say hello to John he was a great help. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Make sure you try the Horchata I was told it is made fresh. Very casual restaurant but is clean and comfortable.
Very few smells say Mexican restaurant more than that of the unmistakable nose tingling aroma of Fabuloso. Three for Three I have dined at all three Los Tres Hermanos: Hominy, Claremore and now Collinsville. Why, because they are good. Each location has slight differences, noticeable in the presentation on the plate, the menu, and the flavors of the salsa and sauces. My wife and I both had the Birria Tacos. The menu picture made them impossible to pass them up. The shredded beef was tender, rich and mildly seasoned, finished with a little char from the grill. Prominent beefy flavors. Excellent beans and rice. Very good, but not the very best Birria tacos I have had. However, combined with the superb service, the salsas and the very clean restaurant, the overall dining experience was Five Stars. Pick a location, you won’t be disappointed. Los Tres Hermanos has the best Mexican food in Collinsville. great food. i drive from tulsa with my family on occasion to eat here. some of the servers are just bad though
This is a great restaurant! My server was very nice and attentive. The food came out very quickly. It was so hot when it arrived to my table and was very flavorful. The restaurant was very busy as well.
Love it every time I come! The house drinks are excellent and they made me a special dish. I've also tried their new birria tacos, they're packed full of delicious meat and cheese. The dipping juices are Devine. If you haven't tried the spicy salsa, do so it's amazing the right about of kick and flavor. The burritos are layered perfectly, will fill you up without a doubt! If I could give 6 stars I would would.
Had a fantastic time with Paco as my server. The atmosphere and decor are great but the food goes to a new level of excellence! This is a 5 star gem. All my life I have had sopapilla with just honey. Whoever thought about putting strawberry jam, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream on them is a cullinary genius. I can't wait to go back.
